Required documents:

所需文件：

(1) Completed application form for admission
填妥之本校申請表；

(2) Application form for Secondary One Discretionary Places from EDB
教育局發出之「中一自行分配學位申請表」；

(3) Photocopy of the applicant’s birth certificate or H.K. ID card
學生身份證副本；

(4) Photocopies of the applicant’s P.5 final exam and P.6 latest exam academic reports
小五期終考試及小六最近一次考試成績表副本；

(5) Two self-addressed stamped envelopes
註明學生中英文姓名之回郵信封兩個( 4 吋 X 9 吋)並附上郵資

(6) Photocopies of participation and achievement in extra-curricular activities and services (if any)
得獎紀錄、校內外活動 / 服務等證明文件的副本

* Recommendation letters from the primary school are NOT required.
申請人毋須提交由小學發出的推薦信。
* All personal data provided will be treated in strict confidentiality and used for admissions-related purposes only. Information will be destroyed once the admission procedure is completed.
所有資料只供本校遴選「中一自行分配學位」使用，不會發還，並將於整個遴選程序完成後銷毀。


Interview Arrangements 面試安排：
Date of interviews: Saturday, 2 March 2024
面試日期： 2024年3月2日 (星期六)

All applicants will be notified for an interview by mail on or before 16 February 2024 (Friday).
每位申請學生均獲面試機會。詳情將於16/2/2024 (五)或以前另函通知。

Admission Results取錄結果：

The allocation results (including results at the Discretionary places and Central Allocation Stages) will be announced on 9 July 2024.
Parents of successful applicants will be notified of their children’s inclusion in the Successful Lists for Discretionary Places by letter and phone on 27 March 2024 (Wed).
本校將於2024年3月27日(三)以書面及電話通知獲本校納入自行分配學位正取學生之家長。
2024年7月9日(二)公布自行分配學位及統一派位結果。

由本年度起，家長也可透過教育局中一派位電子平台申請，網址如下︰https://esspa.edb.gov.hk/login?lang=tc。
